Judgment

Progress. The powerful prince is honored with horses in large numbers. In a single day he is granted audience three times.

The sun rises over the earth: the image of Progress. The superior person himself brightens his bright virtue.

Interpretation

Hexagram 35 depicts rapid, visible progress like the sun rising over the earth. This is a time of advancement and recognition. The key to lasting progress is cultivating one's inner light — external advancement follows naturally from genuine inner development.
